My Story 


 

Believe me when I say I get it… because I’ve been exactly where you are right now. 

The thing is, when I was an athlete I focused solely on the physical and technical aspect of my sport and neglected to train my most important muscle-my mind. I later learned how much greater my performance and enjoyment could have been if only I had  focused on the less visible parts of my sport. This is why I am so passionate about teaching athletes how to be present, perform with confidence, and tap into their love of the game, so they can be successful. 

And the teams and athletes I work with are finding massive success through the mental skills I teach.

So I can tell you I know for certain….mistakes, negative self talk and doubt are never going to go away, but training the mental side of the game gives you the tools to manage them.

But who I am to teach you?

I was an equestrain growing up. There was no other place I wanted to be than at the barn riding my horses. As I got older, more competitive and skilled something happened. I started to get in my head. I was afraid of making mistakes. I was hard on myself. I thought something was wrong with me.

The girl who had NO FEAR was suddenly consumed with it. This does not bode well when your teammate is a 1200 pound animal.

So... I walked away from a sport that I loved and dreams that I had because my mind was a mess.

Today, I teach athletes, coaches and teams the SAME mental skills I use every single day in my own life.

These are the skills that I desperately needed as an athlete, but they were not readily available. These skills don’t just help with performance they help with LIFE.

My Bio

 

The skils I teach athletes are the exact skills I use in my everyday life to reframe negative self-talk, build confidence, manage my emotions and reset after challenges and setbacks.  I am a mental performance coach that practices what I preach. 

My signature program Six Pillars to Peak Flow was created from my years of personal practices, further trainings and certifications, and listening to the athletes I worked with on a weekly basis.

I have used  this program with hundreds of athletes that range from club level athletes to professional  athletes across multiple sports.  

I cant wait to help you perform with unshakeable confidence, presence and joy.
