Focus Your Mind


It's easy in a world that is full of hi-light reals to feel the pressure to be the BEST. The reality is this. When you focus on the being the best rather than the best version of yourself, you are not fully present. You are not living mindfully, not just in your sport but in all areas of your life. Focusing on being better than you were yesterday, allows you to be stay present and focused on what you can control. Being mindful and present is the way to reach peak performance. Goals are important, but staying focused and in the moment will help you reach your goals.


Focusing only on the outcome can leave you feeling frustrated and defeated. Today, whether in practice, the weight room or in competition focus on being present and focused on the moment.
