Balance




Balance is not innate. It is something we have to practice and create. Whether it's physical balance or balancing all the demands of life, it is a constant practice. Being out of balance is being out of alignment. It's a feeling. Things just feel off. If you are an athlete, this imbalance can impact your performance. And for student athletes, this imbalance spills over into the classroom as well. I believe how we show up in one are of life is how we show up everywhere. I work with teams and individual athletes create balance so that they can reach peak performance.
